The power of social media – a photo on instagram sparked the romance for this couple. Through a mutual friend Dan saw a photo of Erin and this prompted him to ask for her number.

And so the love story began!

Their first date in Chapel Street was followed by many more.

Dan surprised Erin on the Gem pier in Williamstown with a romantic proposal and followed it up with a lovely dinner to celebrate. Erin had no idea that he was about to propose – but she knew at once her answer would be YES !

The wedding was held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Middle Park in front of family and friends. Followed by a celebration at the gorgeous venue Encore in St Kilda.

Erin wore a flowing ivory gown with lace appliqué sleeves and bodice which suited her perfectly. She carried a lush trailing bouquet featuring shades of blush pink, latte and ivory. Tulips , roses and flowing foliages complimented her dress perfectly.

Bridesmaids wore beautiful feminine, blush pink dresses, incorporating  lace sleeves and bodice complimenting Erin’s gown perfectly. They carried romantic ivory and pink roses teamed with lush greenery. Tahlia the flower girl wore ivory and looked ever so angelic carrying her flower wand down the aisle.

I asked Dan and Erin what their favourite moments were………………..

It’s hard to pick just one !  We loved our photo locations, the autumn sunshine ,our first dance and sharing the day with all our family and friends.

I am now officially step mum to Dan’s daughter Tahlia ( our adorable flower girl) and we couldn’t be happier as a family of three!

And what better way to honeymoon than to jet set off to Hawaii !

Congratulations Erin, Dan and Tahlia x
